Try before you buy

Pier offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure Pier works for you and your Mac before purchasing — it's the best way to avoid needing a refund at all.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a license and Pier doesn't work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We'll refund the full amount, no hard feelings.

What's covered

• The app fails to activate or launch on a supported Mac.
• A significant defect that prevents normal use and that we can't resolve.
• Accidental or duplicate purchase, reported promptly.

What's not covered

• Requests made after the 14-day window.
• "Changed my mind" after extended use, when the trial was available to evaluate.
• Issues caused by unsupported macOS versions or third-party software conflicts we cannot control.

How to request a refund

Email mahui.service@outlook.com with your order number or the email used at purchase. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record, Polar, back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes a few business days.
